To me, the word "gorgeous" suits her quite well.
But an edited Youtube clip only to see her talking, it’s a little creepy.
(I’m a man so I understand the motivation, though.)

Anyway, please make sure that the expression “The euro fell to...” appears in the caption at the bottom of the screen when she says it.

Thanks for the comment.

I like the way she speaks as a professional news anchor as well as an English speaker who I'd like to emulate. I won't find this edited clip "creepy". It sounds a bit weird, though.

Also, I'd like to thank you for the comment on "fell to". I made a correction to my transcription.

QW 061812 “Catherine K. 20120607-1”

Today’s Catherine K. video is one of the clips uploaded on June 7th 2012.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6OaePR6slE

“But investors here in Japan aren’t fans about strong yen. Let’s turn to Ai Uchida now from … Investors see a lot of threats out there. They’re worried about the health of Spanish banks, the effect that will have on European debt. And under the pace of US growth, so they’re heading for the exits. Euro finds fell to its lowest price against Japanese yen in eleven and a half years… What a shame there… All right, well, I don’t have my rain boots on today, and it seems that may have been a bad call. Let’s go to Rachel Ferguson for an update in the World Weather Forecast… That’s all for this edition of Newline. I’m Catherine Kobayashi in Tokyo. Thanks for joining us.”

By the way, isn’t she super-attractive when checking a cue from staff on the side at 0:35? Right after a small nod, her mouth broadened in a smile. Well, when did I become a big fan of Catherine K.?
